Careline is moving to Valley House on 12 May 2026

From Tuesday 12 May, our Careline colleagues will be moving to a brand new, custom-built control room based in our main Valley House office. This new space will allow our Careline colleagues to work more closely with other teams and continue providing the same high-quality service. Read on for details.

allpay is upgrading its service to a new platform called allpayments. The current allpay app and the allpay online payment website will no longer be available after 11 May 2026.
