Important notice:
allpay has upgraded its services and brought everything together into one new, easy-to-use platform called allpayments. This includes:
- a new allpayments app
- a refreshed allpayments online payment website
If you used the allpay app or paid online through allpay before 11 May 2026 you will need to download the new allpayments app or use the allpayments website. You can sign in using your existing allpay username and password, and your details will automatically transfer over.
Please note: this is not an update to the old allpay app. The allpay app will close, and you will need to install the new allpayments app separately.
Here's how to download and use the allpayments app on your device:
Before you begin: if you already have an allpay card, then please keep this handy – you’ll need the 19-digit number on your payment card in order to add your account details to the app.
If you don’t have an allpay card, or if you haven’t used the online payment system before, please call us on 01204 328000 and we’ll help you set it up.
If you’ve used the online payment system, you’ll need to log into the new allpayments online website here. Select ‘Move my allpay account to new app’ and log in using your existing allpay username and password and your details will automatically transfer over.
If you have any problems finding your code or setting up your account, please call us using 01204 328000 and we’ll be happy to help.
