We own, manage, and maintain around 19,000 properties and offer a range of support services. These are available to our tenants, and some are available to other residents living in our communities.

Our UCAN centres can help with a little bit of everything

They offer free support with job searching and training, internet and computer access, social activities and community groups, housing and benefits advice, health and wellbeing services, money management, and much more.

Careline: support to live independently, 24/7, 365 days a year

Our Careline community alarm service currently helps around 7,000 customers to live independently in their own home, whether they're an owner occupier or tenant.

From week commencing 1 June 2026, our Bolton UCAN Centre will be open Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with a telephone service available on Fridays.
