From week commencing 1 June 2026, our Bolton UCAN Centre will be open Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with a telephone service available on Fridays.

Careline is moving to Valley House on 12 May 2026

From Tuesday 12 May, our Careline colleagues will be moving to a brand new, custom-built control room based in our main Valley House office. We’ve taken action to close a Bolton property after repeated reports of antisocial behaviour

A property in Bolton has been closed following concerns about persistent anti-social behaviour thanks to joint action by Greater Manchester Police, Bolton Council and Be One Homes.

Important update: allpay payments are moving to allpayments

allpay is upgrading its service to a new platform called allpayments. The current allpay app and the allpay online payment website will no longer be available after 11 May 2026.
