From next Tuesday, 12 May, our Careline colleagues will be moving to a brand new, custom-built control room based in our main Valley House office (address below*).
This new space will allow our Careline colleagues to work more closely with other teams and continue providing the same high-quality service.
Here's everything you need to know:
- Our Careline phone numbers will stay the same and you can continue to reach us using the Careline equipment you already have at home.
- *If you need to visit or send any post to Careline, the address is: Careline, Be One Homes, Valley House, 98 Waters Meeting Road, Bolton, BL1 8SW (from Tuesday 12 May 2026).
- You can call our Careline Team if you need to speak with us - however, if you need to visit us in person between Monday and Friday from 8.45am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays), our reception team will be able to help you. You can access the car park at Valley House during these days/times using the intercom on our orange security gate.
- Outside these hours, you can still return equipment or keys using our out-of-hours drop-off and collection point. The graphics below show where to find it (you can tap to enlarge each image):
Please note that our Valley House car park is restricted outside of the above hours. You can, however, park safely on the approach road between Valley House and Oceanic House, Navigation Business Park, while you return items. Please avoid parking on yellow lines at all times.
