Always ask to see ID
..from anyone wanting to come into your home. Our colleagues will always wear ID badges, and we won’t be offended if you call us (on 01204 328000) to check.
Be on your guard
Keep your doors locked and check who’s knocking before opening.
Never give out personal details
..like your name, address, or bank information to unwanted visitors – including over the phone.
Never agree to any deals or discounts
..without verifying the person and the offer. These could be tricks to try and get into your home.
