Our Money Advice Team is available throughout the year, but from 17-21 August we’re offering a special week of same-day Benefit Health Checks, giving Be One Homes customers faster access to advice and support.
In a short telephone appointment, one of our Money Advisers will make sure you’re receiving all the benefits and financial support available to you, while identifying any additional support you may be entitled to.
You’ll be able to speak to our team and receive support on the very same day. Same-day appointments are not normally available on this scale, making this a unique opportunity for customers to access help quickly and easily.
What is a Benefit Health Check?
A Benefit Health Check is a free, confidential review with one of our Money Advisers.
You don’t need to be experiencing financial difficulties to benefit from a check. Many people are surprised to learn they may be entitled to additional support.
What’s included?
When you book a Benefit Health Check, we’ll:
- Check your receiving all the benefits you're entitled to
- Provide personalised money advice
- Identify any additional support that may be available
- Offer ongoing support from our Money Advice Team if you need it
All support is free, confidential and non-judgemental.
Plus, you could win a £50 voucher
Customers who complete a Benefit Health Check during the campaign will be entered into a £50 voucher prize draw.
What do I need?
To help us complete your Benefit Health Check, please have:
- Your current benefit letters showing the rates you receive
- Details of your income, such as wage slips
