Our five-year Business Plan

Our latest Business Plan sets out how we’ll continue to improve our homes, services and support for customers, whilst remaining a strong and resilient organisation.

The Plan is updated every year to reflect customer feedback and changing priorities. It is also backed by a 30‑year financial plan to ensure we can deliver on our long-term ambitions and priorities.

Each year, we aim to invest in our existing homes, build new ones and continue to deliver the services that you rely on every day.
