Our new name reflects a renewed commitment to delivering better homes, better services and a better everyday experience for the customers and communities we serve.
Since merging with Arcon Housing Association in 2024, we’ve grown. Today, we manage around 19,000 homes in Bolton and beyond, working closely with communities to help people feel safe, supported and proud of where they live.
Be One Homes represents the next step in that journey – bringing customers, colleagues and communities together as one, and making sure everyone experiences the same high standard of service.
Investing in better homes
Over the next year we’re investing £68 million to improve homes – one of the biggest programmes we’ve ever delivered. This investment will improve thousands of existing homes. Here’s just a few of the things we’re working on:
- Improving how we manage and communicate repairs, so things feel clearer and more consistent
- Bringing more empty homes back into use, faster
- Improving safety, comfort and energy efficiency.
A new website, designed with tenants
We’ve launched a new website shaped by customer feedback. It’s clearer, faster and more accessible, making it easier to find what you need.
Behind the scenes, we’re also introducing a new repairs system as part of our wider work to modernise how we deliver services, so the experience feels smoother and more reliable for you.

Our new name shows what matters most: people, community and working together. It reflects our aim to act as one organisation with one shared standard of customer care, so everyone receives a consistent, reliable service.

You don’t need to do anything – your tenancy and services stay the same.

This name change is part of a long-term plan to keep improving what we do and how we do it, always with your experience in mind.
