This Wednesday (29 April 2026), we were delighted to welcome our customers to our fully-booked 20%** Aspiration employment event, which was a great success.
We were blown away by the conversations, engagement, and enthusiasm throughout the day, and it’s been great to hear such positive feedback from those who came along, too:

**If you’re curious: the 20% Movement is an initiative led by housing providers across Greater Manchester. The aim is to have 20% of the workforce within housing providers across Greater Manchester to be tenants of those organisations by 2034.
With this aim in mind, our event was all about raising aspirations, sharing opportunities, and showing what working in social housing can look like.
Following on from the event, we also shared our colleague Milly’s story. Beginning her journey with us as a customer, Milly’s now thriving in a long-term role helping people across our communities.
