- Play a role in how we plan and deliver services.
- Share your ideas on how we can best support people living in our neighbourhoods.
- Receive points for completed surveys that are converted into high street shopping vouchers.
- Influence your area and receive vouchers - all without leaving your home and at a time that suits you.

Here are some answers to frequently-asked questions about our surveys:
How will I know when surveys are ready for me to complete?
- We'll send you a quick email with a link to complete surveys whenever a new one's available.
You don’t have to complete every activity we share with you – but more surveys = more rewards.
Can I get involved another way?
- Our Resident Voices Channel is run online. If you could use a helping hand accessing Resident Voices Channel surveys and updates, please get in touch.

I have friends/family who are interested in joining Resident Voices Channel
- They're more than welcome to join Resident Voices Channel if they're eligible.
Remember: only one person per household can join Resident Voices Channel, and they’ll need to be either:
- A Be One Homes tenant or living in a Be One Homes property.
- Living in a property that used to be owned by Be One Homes (formerly Bolton at Home) or Bolton Council.
- Living in a Shared Ownership property owned in part by Be One Homes (through our Shared Ownership subsidiary, Stonecross Homes).
- A current customer of Be One Homes services (such as our Careline community alarm service)
- A regular user of services provided by our UCAN centres.

Resident Voices Channel terms and conditions:
- Membership of the Resident Voices Channel is open to tenants and local residents aged 18 and over.
- Resident Voices Channel members may receive up to a maximum of £50 rewards per year.
- Be One Homes reserves the right to review and/or amend the Resident Voices Channel reward scheme.
- Be One Homes may remove Resident Voices Channel members who regularly do not complete the surveys we send. However - members do not need to complete every survey they receive.
We also have a Code of Conduct to make sure our Resident Voices Channel works best for everyone involved.
